Peartree has three double bedrooms and a ground-floor bathroom with a bath, hand-held shower, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine are all provided for your convenience, along with a Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included. The property offers off-road parking for two cars and a shared garden with Bluebell Cottage, complete with a barbecue (please bring your own charcoal). Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but smoking is not permitted. The nearest shop and pub are 2.4 miles away. Note: Linen for the travel cot is not provided. Make memories at Peartree in Colerne.
