Waking up to these spectacular panoramic views of Marigot Bay is a magical experience and one you can never tire of , great for family get togethers .

The Villa , is privately owned .

It is a detached five bedroom , five bathroom ,with a games room ( with a double sofa bed , ideal for children or teenagers) It comfortably sleeps 10 , ( 10-12) with the option for the double sofa bed to be used by children / teenagers in the Games Room .

It has its own private pool overlooking the most beautiful Marigot Bay with its Marina, and beach .
With multiple balconies to look over the bay or across and out to sea , you will never tire of any of the views .

The architect who designed ‘Villa Bo Lanme’ which means ‘ home by the sea ‘ in Creole, ensured almost every room in the property overlooks the fabulous views.

The property enjoys year round cool breezes, as it sits on the ridge , but on still days , there are ceiling fans throughout , air conditioning in all the bedrooms and mosquito screens on every window.

Opening the windows with screens on allow the breezes to come through the house , but without the bugs.

There is a vast open plan living area / dinning room with a smart Tv for you to enjoy .
It is all about the space here !
The Villa has cool marble floors throughout ,styled on a colonial home with upper and lower balaconies .
It has an exceptionally well equipped kitchen , ample fridge / freezers , dinning and sitting areas, and recently upgraded bbq for guests to use , and a freshly painted living room and kitchen .

We can recommend a private chef to create a special meal for you during your stay, your vacation becomes a truly bespoke experience , or local wonderful restaurants to eat in or have food delivered .

There are 5 spacious double bedrooms, ( three en-suite upstairs, ) 4 en-suite with raindance showers and a separate bathroom with a bath , which serves the 5th double bedroom on the ground floor and a double sofa bed in the games room, which is suitable for children / teenagers .
Swimmers have the benefit of a shower room outside by the pool as well a range of pool inflatables for fun!

The games room will be a hit with the young at heart , playing table tennis , smart Tv and table football, whilst the less energetic can enjoy the outdoor living experience around the pool, with a covered veranda to sit under but still enjoy the amazing views.
( remember your login details for your Netflix and Amazon accounts , so you can chill and watch our smart tvs , just remember to logout on your departure!)

Also within the games room is a designated work space ,( should a guest require to catch up on work , whilst on vacation !)

The peaceful veranda is wonderful to sit out for breakfast or an evening meal , with spectacular sunsets and the upstairs bedrooms have access to an upper veranda to sit and watch the bay . There is also a veranda on the other side of the house upstairs , which allows views out to sea , and is a wonderful quiet location to read a book .

During your stay , have a wander around the local marina , arranging scuba driving , fishing , sailing, whale watching ,or taking a water taxi trip.
Marigot Bay has wonderful Local restaurants and having happy hour drinks is super relaxing . There are many local restaurants which you can enjoy within the local area , and our local property manager will be able to assist you with recommendations and reservations.

Car hire is recommended .
We can arrange taxi collection from the airport and activities whilst you are on the island .
Please request this at the point of booking to aid us in organising this on your behalf .( quotes for costs can be given at that time)

There is a wealth of activities and places to see all over the island, whilst you are staying in St Lucia, please feel free to ask Pauline and Cornelius , our amazing property managers for help in organising these.
They live locally and are able to offer guests reassurances and make bookings on their behalf . They will meet and greet you at the Villa and ensure you are all settled in .

Villa Bo Lanme is ideal for honeymooners, couples ,wanting privacy or family groups / reunions or friends wishing to holiday together.

We stayed in the villa as a couple and then as a family group before purchasing the property from the owner who had it built for his family .
We love coming back to stay , St Lucia always gives us such a warm welcome , especially Marigot bay .

Following guests booking guests are sent a digital handbook which gives lots of info on the Villa and the local bay . This aids in all those questions that you may need answering but please reach out at any stage .
