Excellent Location 2 Bed Apartment in Calahonda 4 mins walk to beach
This fantastic apartment is situated in the lovely Medina del Zoco complex which is situated within 2 minutes walk to the El Zoco Commercial Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants and a 6 minute walk to the beach. The apartment has wifi and full international tv package. The complex is in a secure gated community with a beautiful swimming pool set within tropical landscaped gardens and is open all year round. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and there is a lift.
The apartment has a master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom had a double bed and use of the guest shower room.
There is also a utility room off the kitchen which contains dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests with the use of the sofa bed in the lounge.
The apartment is a fantastic choice for families seeking a mix of comfort, convenience and relaxation. It is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
It is also an excellent location for golfing holidays with many course minutes away. Such as Miraflores, La Siesta, Cabopino, Calanova and La Cala to name a few.
