De ruimte was goed ontworpen, knus en had een fijne charme die ons thuis liet voelen, Het was maar een korte wandeling naar het prachtige Place des Vosges, dat we meerdere keren hebben bezocht, Het nabijgelegen Musée d'Orsay was ook een hoogtepunt van onze reis, De gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij, en we waardeerden alle doordachte details in het appartement, Ten zeerste aanbevolen voor iedereen die de Parijse cultuur van dichtbij wil ervaren!

Obwohl ich einige negative Kritiken gesehen habe, habe ich mich entschieden, diese Unterkunft zu buchen, und ich könnte diesen Kritiken nicht mehr widersprechen. Der Ort war perfekt, mit 10/10 Punkten, ideal, um in der Gegend von Temple / Le Marais herumzustreifen. Das Anwesen war makellos und bot reichlich Platz für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Die Küche war zufriedenstellend, obwohl es schön gewesen wäre, einige grundlegende Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer, Speiseöl usw. zu haben, aber das ist ein kleines Problem, ich kann es absolut empfehlen!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und übersichtlich, und die Nachbarschaft ist nachts ruhig. Allerdings gab es einige unerwartete Probleme, die uns Sorgen bereiten. Die Klimaanlage ist effizient, aber ihr Kompressor ist nur einen Meter vom Bett im Schlafzimmer entfernt. Bei maximaler Einstellung erzeugt sie einen Lärmpegel von etwa 65 dB (gemessen mit einer kalibrierten Smartphone-App). Der Geräuschpegel ist ein Problem, da der Kompressor in einem Holzschrank untergebracht ist und keine Maßnahmen zur Geräuschminimierung ergriffen wurden, sodass es zu Echos kommt. Wenn Sie die Klimaanlage nicht oft benötigen, ist der Lärm kein Problem. Ich würde es mir noch einmal überlegen, in der heißen Jahreszeit hier zu übernachten. Außerdem roch es leicht nach Rauch in der Wohnung, es wurde kein Spülmittel bereitgestellt und die Nachttische waren beschädigt (obwohl der Gastgeber angeboten hat, sie zu reparieren), neben ein paar anderen kleineren Problemen. Trotz dieser Probleme war die Wohnung schön, aber es gibt bestimmte Probleme, die behoben werden müssen. Es war offensichtlich, dass sie den Wartungsdetails mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken müssen. Die Gesamtgestaltung der Wohnung war recht ansprechend.
