Casa Chatillon

Chatillon, frazione Merlin: soggiorno di una settimana (3 persone). Posizione comoda per raggiungere svariate mete della Valle d'Aosta. L'appartamento si trova in un antico borgo di montagna e dispone di un ampio posto auto privato (molto comodo all'interno del borgo). Dal posto auto si raggiunge l'appartamento con una breve scalinata a piedi. A due passi dall'appartamento è presente un sentiero tra vigneti e frutteti per delle brevi passeggiate. Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario (tutto come da descrizione dell'host). Host corretto e preciso. grazie.

Appartement in authentiek gehucht

Confortabel, super schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien appartement met heerlijk bed. Hoe de overige 2 bedbanken slapen hebben we niet uitgeprobeerd. Met 6 personen is het appartement wel wat krap omdat je alleen een klein balkon op het zuiden hebt om buiten te zitten. Het is niet mogelijk om met de auto bij het appartement te komen. Vanaf de privé parkeerplaats is het ongeveer 25 meter bergopwaarts lopen naar het appartement. De omgeving is prachtig, veel wandelmogelijkheden, musea en kastelen.

Trattandosi di un antico borgo di montagna, come in tutti i paesi e villaggi di montagna la strada non arriva quasi mai davanti alla casa....ringrazio per le osservazioni e trattandosi di una casa storica ci sono delle severe limitazioni nella ristrutturazione da parte del governo come la conservazione dello stato in essere balconi) e altro..

Vacanze a chatillon

L'appartamento è molto carino e confortevole, con arredamento tipico montano. L'abbiamo trovato pulito al nostro arrivo e questo ci ha fatto piacere. Abbiamo soggiornato in sei e ci siamo trovati bene. C'era tutto il necessario (stoviglie asciugamani tovaglie lavatrice Phon teli da bagno accappatoi etc) quindi non abbiamo dovuto portare davvero nulla da casa. Appartamento situato in un vecchio borgo un po' fuori dal centro quindi anche molto silenzioso .... e comunque vicino ai servizi necessari. Sicuramente lo consigliamo Grazie Lucia

Lovely location and beautiful view

We had a great time in the Dolomites and would love to return. The property has an amazing view from the balcony and Lucia was very accessible and helpful with all of our questions. Also there were so many incredible skiing options in the area. Definitely stay here!!

Tout à fait agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cet appartement, pour ces premières vacances avec notre fille de 7 mois, et son frère de 4 ans. Il a fait un temps magnifique. Les balcons et la terrasse nous ont permis de profiter du dehors, de la vue et de la douceur des nuits pendant que les enfants dormaient. Le voisinage est calme et on peut aller se promener facilement à pied à proximité, en direction de St Vincent par exemple. L'absence de voiture près de la maison fait que les enfants peuvent sortir sans risque. Lucia met à disposition une bonne pile de documents sur la région, une carte détaillée, des guides pour la randonnée (en italien!!!), des suggestions de sortie (le parc animalier d'Introd a beaucoup plu à notre fils de 4 ans). Le logement est propre, pratique, la douche a un bon débit et de l'eau chaude en quantité, les lits sont confortables. Pour amélioration, nous suggérerions simplement - d'ajouter une porte entre le salon/cuisine et la 1e chambre (celle des enfants!), - de fournir un couteau de cuisine pointu et non cranté + un couteau économe pour éplucher les légumes - de fournir de grands verres et des mugs pour les amateurs de thé. Ces petits détails ne nous ont cependant pas gâché le séjour, loin de là. Nous retournerions volontiers chez Lucia que nous remercions pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité :)

Casa davvero carina pulitissima e accogliente molto curata nei dettagli che la rendono particolare e romantica soprattutto la camera matrimoniale,dotata di tutto il necessario si trova in una contrada molto tranquilla, situata in un'ottima posizione vicino a Saint Vincent(le terme sono favolose) e ad Aosta(bellissima).La proprietaria molto gentile e assolutamente non invadente.Ci torneremo

La casa è situata in un borgo caratteristico con vista panoramica sulle montagne. La casa è molto accogliente e molto curata. E' arredata con attenzione per i piccoli dettagli che ti da la sensazione di un vero benvenuto. Le camere sono spaziosi quindi con 5 persone ci si sta comodamente. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci siamo stati 2 volte e torneremo sicuramente! Da consigliare!!

Splendida vacanza

Posto incantevole, arrivati dalla confusione di una città come Roma ci siamo trovati in uno splendido borgo immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. Luogo ideale per rigenerarsi corpo e anima, in un ottima posizione per poter visitare tutte le meraviglie che la regione offre. Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima signora Lucia che ci ha viziati sin dall'arrivo con un mazzo di erbe aromatiche colte nell'orto di fronte la casa e da fiorellini di campo in ogni stanza. Stupenda la vista dai due terrazzini, da uno dei quali è possibile scorgere il castello di Ussel.

TRANQUILLITA'

Casa molto carina e accogliente, completa di tutto il necessario per passare una bellissima vacanza o anche solo un fine settimana rilassante. Il borgo è tranquillo e la nostra cagnolona è felicissima di andare in giro libera, conosce già tutti gli abitanti e i relativi amici a quattro zampe. Punto di partenza per molte escursioni di varie difficoltà. La sig.ra Lucia è molto simpatica e disponibilissima anche con noi che arriviamo sempre di sera. Siamo tornati più di una volta e ci torneremo ancora.

We have been looking for house rental for vacation in ski-resort Cervinia. We've spent one week here, and were very pleasant impressed with this house. It's located in quite place in the village, so you would have real relax time while sitting on balcony, watching the landscapes, reading book and drinking good home-made vine:) It's not far from Cervinia, so in 20 minutes you can drive by car to resort to have a great skiing. House was clean and tidily. There are big rooms, so you will feel comfortable with more than 2 people. Owners were very pleasant and hospitably. For sure I will recommend this house for others to have a great vacations in Alps.
