The house seems to have been recently renovated, It's a bit small for a group of 5, but that's typical of Parisian apartments, It would be ideal for 4 people, as there are 2 bedrooms, The metro is very close, There are plenty of nice dishes to use if you feel like cooking, During our stay, some essentials were missing, but the host offered to reimburse us for buying them ourselves, which was kind of him, Overall, I would recommend this place for your stay in Paris!
