Modernly finished, featuring four double bedrooms spread over two floors (a sofa bed and/or single bed available for extra guests), a kitchen, two indoor bathrooms, and one outdoor bathroom (with a door). Laundry room, garden, barbecue, and a rooftop terrace with a view overlooking the entire Gulf of Mondello. Private parking on the property (for 3 cars). It is located just a short walk from Mondello’s main square, where you’ll find a supermarket, mini-market, restaurants, bars, playgrounds for children, an ATM, a pharmacy, and boat rentals.
The villa will be for EXCLUSIVE USE

The house is supplied with sheets and towels (one set of towels per guest); beach towels are not provided. The bedrooms will be made up with sheets according to the number of guests booked.

The stay at Diana's was amazing - the location is perfect, it's right across from the beach, 1 minute into the sea. There are free parts of the beach as well as paid ones. The street right in front of the house was filled with stands with food, sweets and games. There's a bus stop down the street and a market too. Diana gave us some tips for restaurants and icecream when we arrived.When you come back sandy from the beach, there's a shower in the garden, which came in handy many times. The garden itself is lush and beautiful, we spent many evenings sitting there. The house has a nice balcony in the front and seating on the roof too, away from the mosquitoes and with a nice view. The street fair was lit up and loud with music most nights, but we didn't have trouble sleeping. 4 separated rooms, each with an AC was a luxury in the August heat, but some of the beds were very creaky.Overall, the experience was great, but there were a couple of small inconveniences that came as a surprise - we had to buy our own toilet paper after the first had run out, we had to buy our own bin bags and paper towels, the washing machine powder was only enough for 1-2 washes.But that wouldn't stop me from going again, I had a great time and highly recommend this place!

Der Check-in war schnell und freundlich, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Wir mussten aufgrund eines Problems die Unterkunft sehr spontan buchen und Diana war sehr flexibel und konnte uns die kurzfristige Buchung ermöglichen
