Come home to this true beach condo with white Florida decor, ground floor location RIGHT across from the famous newly remodeled Siesta Key Pavilion! The beach is a short walk away. Siesta Key Beach, with its soft quartz sand and turquoise, was voted #1 Beach in the USA and #5 in the WORLD by TripAdvisor 2017. You can't get much closer than this prime location condo - 2 King Bedrooms, both with en-suite baths. Tiled floors, ground floor with dedicated parking space and guest parking. Walk to Siesta Key Village.

Great Experience!

This property exceeded expectations, very clean, beautifully decorated and all the necessities needed were supplied. The grounds were well kept with a great pool and grills for our use. We would definitely like to stay at Beach Way again!

Property was clean. It was in the best place of both worlds as you could walk across the street and be on the best beach ever. Or walk a mile to the village or a mile and 1/8 to Captains Curt’s. Price was reasonable also

Location can’t be better. Pool and neighbors were great. Quiet and older group. Only issue was hot water in both showers. Didn’t hold consistent temp. Got hot then cold, seemed like on demand wasn’t functioning properly. Second time renting and would consider again. Thank you!

Great Beach Location

Very comfortable and well appointed condo central to everything on Siesta Key. Directly across the street from the Siesta Beach Pavilion which is home to the Sunday night drum circle. A Trolley stop is a few steps away which takes you to the Village and points south on the Key. The Village is less than a mile walk if so inclined. We’ll certainly be renting this property again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My suggestion would be to supply better beach chairs. We had to buy them and left them there. Hopefully for next year!
