We would like to clarify a few important points mentioned in your review: Bathrooms: Our property features three full bathrooms for guest use: A main bathroom located in the downstairs corridor with a bathtub/shower, bidet, sink, and WC. An en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and WC. A garden-access bathroom serving the pool area, also equipped with a shower, sink, and WC. Your comment stating there are only two bathrooms is incorrect. To avoid any future confusion, we are now uploading individual photos of each bathroom to the listing. Air Conditioning: As noted in our guidebook, Menorca is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, and we are committed to sustainable tourism. We have installed air conditioning units in the bedrooms Only, to ensure guest comfort. However, we kindly ask guests to use them responsibly and avoid setting temperatures below 24°C. Pest Control: We carry out regular certified pest control treatments, both inside and outside the property, throughout the year. The current certificate is displayed inside the villa and updated annually from our licensed provider. Our garden is a key feature of the villa, with mature trees and abundant vegetation, reflecting the name of the property, The Green Spot. This lush environment naturally attracts local wildlife. Since we began hosting in 2019, we have never encountered a situation like the one you described. Nonetheless, we acted immediately by contacting professionals, who confirmed that there was no risk or harm to guest safety.
