Gorgeous and luminous tower apartment with a wonderful view over Saint John Basilica, the perfect nest to spend your holiday in Rome with your family or friends.

The apartment is located inside the tower of a majestic building from early XX century. It features a bright living room with 2 single sofa beds, it is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and AC. Upstairs on the second floor the separate bedroom has a queen size bed, big windows from which you can enjoy a lovely view over the city, TV and AC. The bathroom is modern and has a shower.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and central area connected to the rest of the city via public transport. There are several bus lines and metro C Lodi as well as a wide choice of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets.

This property is in need of general maintenance. There was missing molding, and a falling off cupboard door. Bed was made up inappropriately, mattress was exposed. Very dirty around the washer. Grease around lever by sink. Preused dish pan scrubber and towel. No dishwashing detergent. A dead plant was on the counter. The location is convenient to get a bus into the city. The views are great. There are good places to eat and to have a drink close by.

The host met us at the apartment to show us how to get any and to show us around the apartment. The apartment was a great place to relax after a long day of touring Rome. There is a bus stop right out the apartment and a metro station a couple of blocks down the street. A grocery store was a short distance walk away. The apartment is on the top floor of the building. That required a 5 flight elevator ride and then another walk up one flight of stairs. The apartment was two stories. The bathroom and shower were on the bottom floor of the apartment and the living room was on the top floor.
