La Mantina, a fabulous apartment right on the beach, just 20 minutes from the centre of the Eternal City via the Rome Metro. <br>The apartment is located on the second and top floor—no lift—of a residential building from the 1920s. <br>The building’s terrace is wonderful, offering breathtaking views.<br>The beach resorts—open from May 1 to September 30—are just a stone’s throw from the Mantina.<br>A beautiful park equipped with play areas for children is also just a stone’s throw from the building.<br>The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, as well as mosquito screens on all windows.<br>Wi-Fi, a comfortable desk, a washing machine, and an iron.<br>

The location is great right in front of the beach, tge apartment is spacious but the second bedroom is on the same room of the kitchen and dining room, it is big enough for everything though and ot wasn't an issue for us as our two teenagers where sleeping there. We didn't really eat or cook so can't comment on that. I would stay there again.

The hostess was very informative and made you feel welcome. The place itself was gorgeous. It made you feel like you were in an old Italian apartment, at the same time it has every modern convenience. Including, beautiful marble stairs with ornate tile. The location was great across from the beach with everything you could need within a 10 min walk. I would stay there again if I ever came back to Italy.
