Delightfully appointed throughout, Mudskipper has everything you need for a home away from home. The house is situated just a stone’s throw from West Wittering beach (1 minute walk) and a 5 minute walk to the bustling village of East Wittering with all it’s independent shops, cafes, eateries and coffee shops. It is suitable for couples, families and multi-generational stays looking for a coastal break.

Mudskipper has a lovely open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, complete with a cosy log burner – perfect for gathering together after a day at the beach.

As well as a fully equipped kitchen, you will find a dining table to seat 8 and a handy breakfast bar, perfect for a morning coffee. Mudskipper also benefits from a separate utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Sliding doors from the dining area open onto a wonderful, large well planted and enclosed garden which is a haven for relaxation and play. With plenty of seating for alfresco dining and a trampoline to keep the kids entertained, it’s a space for everyone to enjoy. There is the added benefit of an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing down sandy kit (and people!) after a day on the beach.

Accommodation is split over two floors; on the ground floor a king bedroom with additional sofa and TV and separate W/C in the hallway. Upstairs there are two rooms with single beds, along the hallway there is one double room with garden views and a further king room with sea glimpse, a work station and ensuite shower and W/C. On the first floor there is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and W/C.

Mudskipper has an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing down sandy kit (or people!) after a day on the beach, a large enclosed rear garden with decking that captures the sun, plenty of seating and dining and a trampoline for children.

The enclosed driveway to the front of the house offers ample off-street parking.
