Located near the tranquil and magnificent beaches of Coelha, Castelo, and Evaristo, Villa Aqua 2 is an ideal house for those who wish to combine comfort, privacy, and fun. Situated in a closed condominium, this property offers all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve, with leisure and relaxation areas for the whole family.



The villa has three comfortable bedrooms: a suite with a double bed, a room with two single beds, and another room with a double bed. Additionally, it features a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower bathroom, and an additional toilet, ensuring comfort for all guests.



The living and dining room is spacious and equipped with a TV, creating a welcoming environment for moments of rest and socialising. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy preparation of home-cooked meals. Outside, a veranda offers a peaceful space to enjoy the region's pleasant climate.



The outdoor leisure area is one of Villa Aqua 2's highlights. The private pool is surrounded by garden furniture, ideal for sunbathing and relaxation. The barbecue and outdoor table provide the perfect setting for family or friends' meals. Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.



A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.



Price for up to 10 persons

From the 12th to the 14th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds (only € 126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)



In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
