Villa Aqua 5 is the perfect retreat for a relaxing family holiday, combining comfort, privacy, and a prime location near the beautiful beaches of Coelha, Castelo, and Evaristo. Set within a gated community, this villa offers a serene and welcoming environment, ideal for enjoying the best of the Algarve.



The spacious living and dining area is the heart of the home, bright and inviting, perfect for moments of relaxation and togetherness. From this space, you can access the exterior area directly, creating a harmonious connection between indoor and outdoor living.



On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub and an additional guest toilet, providing convenience for all guests.



The first floor houses the master suite, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering full privacy and comfort.



The kitchen is fully equipped and integrates seamlessly with the rest of the home, providing practicality and functionality for preparing meals during your stay.



Outside, the villa offers a charming leisure area with a private swimming pool (heatable at an additional cost) surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing in the sun. A BBQ area and outdoor dining table create the ideal setting for alfresco meals, while the foosball table ensures fun for all ages.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.





Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
