Quayside Cottage is a charming three-bedroom property in Hoveton, set on the Norfolk Broads with its own river frontage and private mooring. You can hire boats nearby or join a guided tour to take in the scenic beauty. Hoveton, known as the capital of the Broads, offers a range of shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants all just a short walk away. The cottage also comes with an allocated parking space for added convenience.

The Space:
The spacious lounge/dining area features comfortable seating, a dining table for six, and an HDTV with Freeview. Large double doors open onto the riverside decking.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials, including a dishwasher, for easy self-catering.

Quayside Cottage spans three floors and offers three bedrooms: one double and two twins.

The top floor bathroom has a W/C and shower, while the middle floor bathroom includes a W/C and a bath with shower over.

River views can be enjoyed from the upper floors and dining area.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

You can visit Horsey Gap for a memorable seal-watching experience, where seals can often be seen basking on the shore. Art galleries, craft shops, and the lively seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham, known for their traditional charm, are only a short drive away.

Driving is the most convenient way to get around Wroxham and Hoveton, with Norwich just a short drive away via the A1151.
