Royal Mile Tenement Flat Retreat

The perfect location for travellers to stay! Traditional Scottish tenement building! Preserving original architectural details! Modern, luxurious, and comfortable interior design! The apartment is in a listed building in the conservative area of the historic old town. The Royal Mile is only a one-minute walk away, and Edinburgh’s Waverley train station is a five-minute walk.
Our beloved home has been renovated and decorated in contemporary style, it features ceiling roses and other original details, alongside designer furniture and top-of-the-range fixtures and fittings. There are 2 bedrooms in the flat, 1 king bed and 1 single bed. It's ideal for one family as the small bedroom is quite small and be aware it has to be accessed through the large bedroom.
The bathroom and kitchen units and fittings are top brands: Hansgrohe, Blanco, Ideal Standard, Geberit, Crosswater, Grohe.
All the appliances such as washing machine, heat pump condenser dryer, TV, hob, oven and fridge are top brands: Smeg, Samsung. Furniture is well-made and stylish designer solid wooden pieces instead of MDF products. Luxury 22mm premium wooden floor was installed in the living room, bedrooms, and hallway. BG Master plug Brushed Steel Double Switched Socket with USB Outlets were installed everywhere so that you don't need any charger.

As I mentioned, the flat is in the best location, only 1 min walk from the famous busy Royal Mile. Luckily, our flat is located on the side street and we believe that a quiet space is essential for our guests, so we spent more than £4000 to install a secondary glazing - Heritage Hinged Units, glazed with 6.4mm acoustic glass, which significantly reduced the noise.

Kitchen: Samsung fridge freezer with water dispenser, Smeg hob, oven, designer cooker hood, toaster, kettle, and microwave. A whole set of tableware is also included.

Bathroom: Ideal standard Ideal plus L-shaped shower bath, Crosswater crystal clear finish glass basin with curve mat finish cabinet, Bauhaus LED mirror with bluetooth, Stereo Speakers & De-Mist Pad, Ideal standard WC with soft closing seat.

Laundry room: Smeg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer +Samsung 9kg AddWash Washing Machinery. Laundry detergent and fabric conditioner are provided.
