On the upper floor, the first floor offers a bedroom with two single beds, a separate shower bathroom and a spacious master bedroom with its own bathroom. Built-in wardrobes and cold/hot air conditioning everywhere ensure comfort at any time of the year.
The upper floor is a refuge for relaxation with a versatile space for reading or TV and two balconies, one of which overlooks the pool area, perfect for having a coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening.
The terraced house is located within a closed and secure complex with separate swimming pools for adults and children, a small lawn garden and a private underground parking space. And for those who want a little more, residents also have access to an underground sauna and a squash court, ideal for relaxing or exercising.
In just 10 minutes on foot, you will arrive at the lively beach and promenade of Arenal, packed with cafés, restaurants, and cocktail bars. Do you prefer something more tranquil? The rocky promenade of Montañar II is just a 3-minute walk away. Nearby is the Thalassa beach bar, a local favourite that serves breakfasts with sea views.
Advice: Montañar Beach House is located in the same complex as Montañar Mar, just 250 metres from Ático Salónica and 150 metres from the complex housing Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar. For families or groups, booking two or more of these properties together could be a fantastic option!
**Important Information**
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.

House looked exactly like the photos, fully equipped, fast contact with the rental company if there were any questions or issues. Location was nice, easy to walk to El Arenal, quiet area (not sure what it will be like in high season).
Bed's are very hard (but maybe that's a Spanish thing?) and the washing machine is a bit small (you can not wash all your bed linnen from 1 room at once).

Volveremos sin dudarlo!!!!
Una casa muy grande y luminosa. Las terrazas son una maravilla. La urbanización es tranquila y tiene piscina. Una ubicación perfecta ya que está muy cerca para ir andando a la playa y zona de restaurantes pero lo suficientemente alejado de ruido y gente. Deseando volver.

Una casa estupenda
Tiene 3 habitaciones grandes y la buhardilla es perfecta. Además tiene varias terrazas con diferentes orientaciones.
La urbanización es muy tranquila y la playa está muy cerca.
En la playa del arenal (5m andando) hay varios restaurantes que están muy bien. Sin duda volveremos a alquilar.

Es una casa preciosa!
Súper bien acondicionada y cómoda. Nos encantó la urbanización, muy agradable y tranquila. Tiene salida directa desde el salón al jardín y la piscina, y la playa está muy cerca. Repetiremos sin duda!

Casa súper recomendable
Fuimos con dos niñas pequeñas, y la casa está totalmente equipada, es muy amplia. Está cerca de supermercados y restaurantes.
Es muy cómoda porque tiene en la misma puerta una piscina de adultos y otra de niños.
Además, puedes ir perfectamente andando hasta la playa del Arenal. Repetiremos.

Un acierto total!!
La casa tiene todo lo necesario, además de ser acogedora y estar muy limpia, está en una urbanización muy tranquila. Cerca de la playa del arenal y de cala blanca. Pudimos disfrutar además del mar en las rocas a tan solo 3 minutos andando.

Como en casa!
La casa es muy acogedora y nos hemos sentido como en casa, tiene una ubicación privilegiada . La cocina está muy bien equipada y la limpieza es impecable. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir.
