The price was great. Refund process for deposit was fine. The location was great. The city buses stopped just a couple blocks away. Restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies were either across the street or less than a block away. Beds and pillows were fine. Windows worked. This is London so I doubt any apartments have air conditioning. So working windows is important. Dishes and cutlery were fine. Apartment complex has a 24 hour front door clerk. Communication with the host was fantastic. I have a few minor complaints and one big one. The apartment should have written instructions for the WiFi and trash. The freezer, although we did not need it, had broken doors that had frost on them. The biggest problem were the toilets. One toilet seat was shut with caulk. As you can imagine, the caulk was stained yellow. The other toilet was broken. We reported it and it did not get replaced while we were there.
