Josefines Have 105 – bright, modern holiday home in central LĂžkken Enjoy comfort, privacy, and a prime location just steps from LĂžkken’s cafĂ©s, shops, beach paths, and daily conveniences. The town center is 250 m away, shopping 200 m, charging stations 100 m, and the North Sea only 700 m. This spacious two-storey home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub), accommodating 6+4 guests. The well-equipped kitchen opens to a large sun-facing terrace with outdoor furniture. Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, passive cooling, board games, table football, darts, and an annex with TV connection for a game console add to the comfort. Two extra beds can be reserved. Bed layout: 2 double beds, 2 single beds, 2 sofa beds. Terraces surround the house, letting you follow the sun all day. Walk or cycle through dune paths to the beach, or explore nearby attractions including the swimming pool, fitness center, Vendsyssel Park, and LĂžkken Miniby just across the road. Important Note – ‱ Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. ‱ Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee. ‱ Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. ‱ Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. ‱ Guests under 18 years of age may not rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.
