Cozy apartment for two to four people near the Auditorium in Rome
Quiet and cozy apartment near the centre of Rome. It has been restored in 2023, facing South and very sunny. The apartment includes a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a sleeping room for two and a bathroom. It is ideal for two but can accomodate up to four people. The kitchen includes everything you can need: Nespresso coffe machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, pans, dishes and cups for four. The building is located in a green area with playgrounds for kids, 5 minutes from Ponte Milvio, 2 minutes from the Auditorium, 600m from the MAXXI Museum, 2 km from Stadio Olimpico, 5 tram stops from Piazzale Flaminio and Piazza del Popolo. The apartment is located at the third floor without lift, stairs only. Free parking, 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, bar, ice cream shop and take away pizza just downstairs.
