This beautiful coastal home with a reverse-level living design to take advantage of the superb surrounding views is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing seaside holiday in Devon. The property is less than a mile from the sandy beach. The picturesque village of Appledore with its beautiful quay can be reached by a passenger ferry during the summer or is 6 miles by car. Nearby Westward Ho! (5.5 miles) is a popular family beach, so bring your buckets, spades and water sports gear for an unforgettable day out.
This contemporary seaside home with elegant styling and decor in calming tones offers a warm welcome at any time of year. Enter the hallway, and you''ll find the family bathroom and four bedrooms: two king-size with ensuite shower room (one with a Smart TV) and two twin. Heading upstairs, a half landing offers access to the rear garden. Then, continue up to the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is the perfect setting for socialising. There''s plenty of comfortable seating for chatting and a Smart TV for catching up on box sets. An electric living flame log fire creates a cosy ambience on cooler evenings.
