What makes this property unique

The house sleeps four with the addition of an infant in a cot. The second bedroom can be made up as a super king or two singles. Please inform us of either after booking confirmation.

Situated all on one level you will find an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room as well as two generous-sized bedrooms, hallway and a wet-room.

The property was designed by local award-winning architects and the vision realised by a small team of exceptional tradesmen. Upon completion, we're delighted that the property has been put forward for the DBPC building excellence awards.

It includes its own private access, parking for two cars with free overnight charging, a south-facing deck, and a beautiful garden that leads to a small stream and rolling Devon hills beyond.

Little Spindles has been designed with simplicity and serenity at its heart. It inspires peace and tranquility for the perfect get away.
