The villa is far enough from asphalted roads that you cannot see them or hear the sound of passing cars.

It is a complex of two buildings (the floor plan is visible between the photos), two hectare garden, swimming pool and private parking. The total of internal walkable square meters is 250sqm, about 600sqm of terraces of which 200sqm on the roof of which in turn 100sqm are garden roof.
