The Ranch provides hiking & biking paths, tennis and golf, and abundant bird watching. Short 5 minute drive to the downtown creative district of Carbondale, with great restaurants, music, art, coffee shops and yoga. Aspen/Snowmass ski resort are 28 miles east (40 minute drive via car or RFTA bus).

Clean and bright one bedroom [king sized bed] attached unit accommodates two people comfortably and spills out onto a private garden patio/parking for one vehicle. cooking area, living room / sitting area, New AC/heat pump system, cable TV, internet, new W/D, electric fireplace, patio propane grill. You'll find some staples such as coffee, tea, 2 Lara bars, 2 Lacroix, and 2 beers, upon arrival. One really good small non shedding dog might be considered for a pet fee and pre-approval by owner / leashed at all times and never left unattended or alone. Two people maximum and not suitable for young children, as we are surrounded by water. Absolutely No smoking in or on the property. 500 acres of outdoor enjoyment along the banks of the Roaring Fork River, ponds, bird watching, hiking and biking trails. Par three golf course, as well as two tennis courts on property. Gold medal fishing upon request.
Private, even though we're just off major highway 82 with access to Carbondale (5 minutes) or upvalley to Aspen areas (40 minutes). 1 mile to Rio Grande bike trail and 3 miles to great mountain bike trails. We are surrounded by world class white water kayak and rafting opportunities, as well.

My husband, Paul, and I have lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for 43 years and have raised our two girls here in Carbondale. Paul and I teach skiing on Aspen Mountain in the winter. He is a Contractor/Carpenter (WadeCo LLC) and fishing guide in the Gunnison Gorge Monument during the summer months, and I Co-own Heidi Hat, a women’s yoga wear and hat accessories fashion brand, made in Carbondale, with my daughter, Kelly, who lives in Aspen. Our other daughter, Ali, works as a Pre School teacher in Carbondale. We are all part of this unique area and look forward to sharing the community with our guests.
