We loved everything about our stay at this charming, cozy, peaceful, and super clean cabin. Great location close to Carbondale city center and many day trips in every direction. We would love to return someday!
We had such a great time on our trip and the cabin made it even better. It was nice to come back to a comfy bed and have a warm place to stay. Thank you for a great getaway!
This was our second time staying at Lynda’s cabin and we love the addition of the sauna. The cabin is warm and cozy and a great place for a family to relax. We hope to be back again soon!
This was our second stay at this adorable, cozy cabin. Our family of 4 finds it perfect for our needs when we are in town for a weekend of skiing and hot spring action. The location is great with amazing views of Mt. Sopris. The cows and animals on-site are a great touch for the kids and just general staring out the windows. Comfy beds and linens, towels and toiletries. Nothing more we could ask for and we look forward to staying again for our next Glenwood/Carbondale trip!
We really enjoyed our stay at the creek side cabin. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as amazing mountain views. Hot tub was relaxing at the end of the day. The creek was really moving and the sound was a nice peaceful backdrop for reading. Nice walking/bike trail, accessible across the highway. We would definitely stay here again.
Exactly as we hoped. Very clean, well-maintained, had everything we needed. Mattresses were so comfortable. Easy access to

Beautiful, quiet little cabin away from reality. Personal hot tub and sauna. Well stocked with personal and kitchen items. Just a few minutes drive from hot springs and grocery store.
This was the perfect get away for our cousins trip! The view was spectacular, the cabin was amazing and the hot tub became our nightly ritual. The cabin is furnished with everything you could possibly need. We were so comfortable, we never left the property except once to go to the Hot Springs in Glenwood! It was the perfect place for making memories. We will definitely be back.
The view was excellent. We arrived early and were able to check. The cabin was warm and inviting. We had everything we needed. The sound of water was our lullaby each night. The drive to Glenwood Springs is easy and quick. We had a perfect stay and have already recommended to family and friends.
This property was an ideal place for us to stay for three nights; it is well equipped with multiple amenities on site including hot tub and sauna. We really enjoyed the view of Mt. Sopris, the refreshing sights and sounds of the Thompson creek and the privacy that this property provided. The communication from the property manager was clear and effective.

It is a nice cabin. Couple of suggestions, wood pile off of the deck should probably be organized or removed, Check the circuit on the outlets in the bathroom.
Loved the interior design, the cabinets, the ceilings and the overall feeling of the cabin
Everything you need is here. Comfy beds. Kitchen tools. Clean. Cozy. Hot showers. Amazing views. Feels like home. We had 2 cows come up to the fence and visit with us. Creek on the side is unbeatable.
Starting with the basics - the property was exceptionally clean and well presented when we arrived. All the basic essentials were there - towels, bedding, pots, pans etc. We needed nothing.
The location was exactly what we were looking for, out of town but in less than 10 minutes you were down town or at the grocery store.
Just getting up in the morning and taking in the majestic view of Mount Sopris from the kitchen window while the coffee was brewing was a joy. Then sitting in the hot tub in the evening and chilling was awesome aswell.
Its location made it excellent for easy access to the Crystal river valley and beyond.
While not for everyone, no ATT cell phone signal, which was great for us as the kids unplugged, and no annoying interruptions from cold calls or text, but good WiFi to keep us connected.
The owners were great, we had a few simple questions and they were prompt to respond and explain everything.
I have already mentioned this property to friends as a recommended place to stay, it would be great for couples or families alike.

My husband and I stayed here celebrating our 30th anniversary in June! I'm sorry I'm so late reviewing this cabin. We absolutely loved this cabin! The setting could not be beat! The view of the Sopris mountain, from inside the kitchen window was just amazing. We loved listening to the sound of the rushing creek right outside the window on the other side of the cabin. It was perfect! The bed was very comfortable. We relaxed in every room in the cabin. The booking process was so smooth, starting from my first inquiry to Linda, the owner. She answered every question promptly, and was just very pleasant to deal with. She made our stay even more special by leaving an anniversary card and a bottle of wine for us! Thank you so much Linda. We thoroughly enjoyed every part of that cabin. We loved the way it was uniquely decorated, and the amenities provided. The kitchen was stocked with many basics, including spices, oils, etc. used for making meals. All three refrigerators, inside and outside, had various types of beers and seltzers and water. I don't know if they were left by previous guests, or supplied by the owners, but we sampled some and left some as well! We loved soaking in the hot tub outside with that gorgeous view of the mountain, enjoyed the sauna and used the grill as well. We did venture out to other places of interest, but it was always nice to return to the cabin. We would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone else to stay here.
Clean and cozy cabin! Easy to check in and the communication was effortless!Super comfortable bed and kitchen was adorable, like being transported back in time. The outdoor space was amazing with the hot tub and sauna and plenty of patio with a rocking bench, table and chairs
Just as advertised, beautiful views from farm cabin. Hot tub and sauna were nice perks. Would stay again if we come back. Lynda very responsive. Highly recommend.
The view is stunning and the cabin is the perfect place to enjoy it especially from the hot tub. The bed is very comfortable and the whole place is calming. The pictures don’t truly capture how nice the cabin is on the inside . The location gave us easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We loved it !
This updated cabin is peaceful, comfortable and in a beautiful location. Also a great value: lots of space and amazing views. The owner responded promptly when we had questions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Amazing place w/a picture window view of Mt Sopris. So comfortable and relaxing. House was pristinely clean. Homeowner also gets an A+ for prompt response to all questions we had.
Love this place! 5 miles from town, out in the country, complete with cows next door. Very peaceful and relaxing with a fantastic view of Mt Sopris from the patio. We soaked in the hot tub every day. There are 3 steps in-between most of the rooms, so a rather unusual layout. Large bathroom, comfortable furniture, fun kitchen, gas grill a plus. A really fun stay!

We have five grown children and four grandchildren. We enjoy the quiet solitude this property affords us. Yet appreciate being a quick 10 minute drive into town for all conveniences.
Why they chose this property
We all need a reset at times. This property provides that opportunity; to reset on the property or to reset in the surrounding nature with it's endless available activities. Whether sitting in the yard or hot tub enjoying the wide open space and beautiful view of Mount Sopris, or the amazing stars at nighttime or sitting next to the creek watching the water flow, enjoying the gentle babbling; this property offers a perfect reset. Walking literally across the highway to a paved biking/walking path which extends beside the Crystal River, makes exercise readily available and inviting along with nearby downhill mountain biking paths. Fly fishing is not far away in the Frying Pan, Crystal, Roaring Fork or Colorado Rivers; yet another outdoor activity to experience. The ability to enjoy nearby hikes or hikes along Kebler Pass on the way to Crested Butte or to marvel at the breathtaking beauty of flaming orange and yellow aspens during the fall along Kebler Pass or head over McClure Pass to the wine country in Paonia; these are some of the reasons we love this property. Add in cross country skiing and the proximity to four ski resorts whose turn offs are all less than forty minutes from the property and you have found the perfect place to enjoy every season.
