Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this lovely property provides the perfect base for your Isle of Wight getaway.ACCOMMODATIONDassia is well-equipped with all the comforts of home, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay. The spacious layout includes:Lounge: A cosy space with comfortable seating, a dual-sided wood-burning stove, a TV, and direct access to the garden.Dining Room: A spacious room with a large dining table, perfect for family meals, and a second wood-burning stove for added warmth and charm.Kitchen: A modern, well-equipped space with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and all the essentials needed for home cooking.Conservatory: A bright and airy room overlooking the garden, offering a peaceful space to relax.Shower Room: Features a WC and hand basin.Additional WC: Located off the entrance hall for added convenience.Utility Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer, with a door leading to the side garden.Master Bedroom: A light-filled room with a king-sized bed, bedside tables, a desk, and large wardrobes.Second Bedroom: Can be arranged as a twin (on request), with built-in wardrobes, bedside tables, and a desk.Third Bedroom: A twin room with a bedside table and dressing table.Outdoor Space:Offering the perfect space to unwind at the end of a busy day exploring the Island. Enjoy the fresh air and stunning views of the surrounding countryside in the large garden with comfortable seating area on the patio and a hot tub. For hygiene reasons, the hot tub water is changed between each guest’s stay. Please be aware that the water may take until the first morning of your visit to reach its optimal temperature. Nonetheless, the hot tub will be available for your use during this time.Space for 4-5 carsADDITIONAL CHARGESPLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £200 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure. This property can accept a maximum of 3 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details. No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties. Christmas stay

We stayed here over Christmas and it was perfect. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. The kitchen has everything to cook a festive dinner in. We had the log burner on for the day which was great. Would definitely stay again.

Large spacious property large enough for 6 adults, a baby and 3 dogs

Large spacious property large enough for 6 adults, a baby and 3 dogs. Modern kitchen well stocked with cutlery, plates etc and cooking utensils. Very large garden (one of the reasons we choose Dassia due to three dogs). Property is in a good location for travelling in any direction on the Isle of Wight, with good links to Island road network. Towels etc provided were good quality. Second toilet separate to bathroom. Shower facilities more that adequate (Lovely waterfall effect with good eater pressure). Parking for 3 cars with room for another if needs be. Lovely neighbors giving some suggestions on where to go. Bridle path opposite the property gave easy access to local walking around Parkhurst Forest. IGNORE the name 'Pigsty Farm' opposite the property - this is NOT a Pig Farm as initial assumptions might bring.

Lovely house with everything you could need. Nice garden to relax in and well equipped kitchen. Overall though a lovely house and would definitely recommend.
