About The Property



Step inside and you’ll discover a bright open-plan living area designed for comfort and connection. The spacious lounge features a wood-burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings after a day exploring the island, and a conservatory overlooking the landscaped garden. The fully equipped modern kitchen and a large dining table makes it easy to share home-cooked meals or plan tomorrow’s adventures together.



Dassia combines stylish interiors with homely touches throughout, creating a relaxed yet elegant space where guests can truly unwind.

All on one level, offering easy access throughout:



Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, and ample kitchen storage.



Open-Plan Lounge-Diner: Comfortable sofas, TV, wood-burning stove, and dining area.



Conservatory: Bright sitting area with views over the private garden.



Utility Room: Washer, dryer, and extra storage for longer stays.



Bedroom 1: King-size bed (continental style), chest of drawers, and wardrobe.



Bedroom 2: King-size bed (continental style), chest of drawers, and hanging space.



Bedroom 3: Twin beds, ideal for children or friends.



Bathroom: Modern shower room with hand basin and WC.



Additional WC: Convenient second toilet.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES



PLEASE NOTE:



Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £40 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £200 before check-in.

If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.



This property can accept a maximum of 3 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.



There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details.



No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties. There is a strict no smoking/vaping policy, inside all our properties. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and cot linen as necessary.

Christmas stay

We stayed here over Christmas and it was perfect. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. The kitchen has everything to cook a festive dinner in. We had the log burner on for the day which was great. Would definitely stay again.

Large spacious property large enough for 6 adults, a baby and 3 dogs

Large spacious property large enough for 6 adults, a baby and 3 dogs. Modern kitchen well stocked with cutlery, plates etc and cooking utensils. Very large garden (one of the reasons we choose Dassia due to three dogs). Property is in a good location for travelling in any direction on the Isle of Wight, with good links to Island road network. Towels etc provided were good quality. Second toilet separate to bathroom. Shower facilities more that adequate (Lovely waterfall effect with good eater pressure). Parking for 3 cars with room for another if needs be. Lovely neighbors giving some suggestions on where to go. Bridle path opposite the property gave easy access to local walking around Parkhurst Forest. IGNORE the name 'Pigsty Farm' opposite the property - this is NOT a Pig Farm as initial assumptions might bring.
