Guest Essentials & Important Information



Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£40) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£200) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)



Dogs: Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per dog, per week). Please bring your own dog bedding and add your dog at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared dogs are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.



Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger; use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.

No stag or hen parties.

No smoking or vaping indoors.

Linens and towels provided (please bring beach towels)

Please respect the property and neighbours during your stay. A breach of these rules may result in forfeiture of your security deposit.
