The Layout:
Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a spacious living area complete with a sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a dining area with a table for 6 people. Adjacent to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, as well as a full bathroom with a toilet and shower.
Also from the living area, a staircase leads to the bedroom, which features a large walk-in closet and a spacious bathroom with a window—this one also fully equipped with a toilet and shower (in this case, a shower with a tub). Throughout the apartment, there is a beautiful 4.50-meter-high ceiling. The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available. The living area overlooks Vicolo della Torretta. The building has a convenient lift to reach the first-floor apartment (though there are only a few steps to climb).
