This reverse level house has been designed to make the most of the beautiful sea views. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and consist of a light and spacious king-size bedroom (with a zip-and-link bed that can be made into twin beds on request.) with a Smart TV and a twin bedroom with Smart TV. The downstairs bedrooms are served by a family bathroom which has a bath with thermostatic shower over. There is a handy utility room with washing machine/ tumble dryer and access to a small patio area.

First Floor Kitchen: Well equipped, fitted kitchen with electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing/ dryer, air fryer, coffee pod machine and a variety of kitchen utensils. Living room: A large comfortable corner sofa, large Smart TV and a dining table with 4 chairs that provides a lovely setting to enjoy an evening meal. Patio doors provide access onto the balcony. The perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the wonderful sea views. Balcony furniture provided. Bedroom 3: Master Kingsize room with built in wardrobes, bedsides and Smart TV. Ensuite shower room, with shower cubicle, wash basin and towel rail. Parking: Two private car parking spaces on the Golden Bay Holiday Village site. EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging on site. 2 EV chargers in Golden Bay Holiday Village parking area – charges apply. The EV charger is a type 2 socket. Location is great we have stayed at every other site in westward ho and this location is ideal. House was relatively clean a few stains here and there but is pet friendly so to be expected. The biggest let down was the WiFi it didn’t work for longer than 10 minutes at a time never had a problem anywhere else in that area. Another problem were the towels I had to go and buy some they were awful should have better in a nice place. Overall probably wouldn’t stay again.
