South Padre Island Townhome located in the heart of the island. Stucco with red tile roof. Located 3/4 block from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, private pool, outdoor shower, bbq pit, full kitchen, Washer/Dryer and high ceiling with an open floor plan. Great for families. Two story with Master bedroom and kitchen/living area upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom for complete privacy. Wi-fi and TV are available. Two balconies with great view of Friday and Saturday Night fireworks in the summer. Two desks are also available if you need to get any work done!
Parking for up to four vehicles. Park your boat in the empty lot next door. Two car garage is not accessible. Towels provided. Just
bring your flip flops, shorts, t-shirts and toiletries!
No pets! No smoking! No Parties larger than 12 people.

Amazing home!

Our family had a great time staying here for summer vacation! We loved how close it was to everything like restaurants and the beach. The pool was a nice spot for relaxing in the evenings.

Great place to stay with a few issues

The property was as advertised. It was clean and accommodating, with enough utensils for all 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children). I have found it that often these properties don't come with plenty of kitchen items but not the case here. The TV did not work for us. There was a cockroach in a bowl, driven in by the rain apparently, and when we first arrived just after Hurricane Beryl it smelled a bit damp and musty. But it was close to amenities and the beach (I hadn't realized how thin SPI is!). SPI has decent restaurants as does Port Isabelle across the bridge. Overall a great place to stay

Best Vacay Home

This was the best weekend I have spent with my family. Very close to everything at the beach. The home was beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful open concept in the kitchen. Bedrooms were amazing. You basically just have to pack up your clothes. This house has everything for you! Extremely happy with our stay.

Nice Big Space & Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed a get together with a total of 8 adults staying on the property. The place is very well stocked with everything you need and was very clean when we arrived. The air conditioner works LIKE A CHAMP and there is a unit downstairs and upstairs. The beach is not too far to walk if you don’t have a lot of stuff. We drove big items and dropped off and then came back and parked the car and walked. The only down sides were that the wifi did not reach downstairs or in the rooms very well and the pool was very hot from being in the sun all day. The host was very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Had a blast

3 families who took their sons on a senior trip had a blast! Enough rooms, bathroom and living space for us all to feel comfortable and enjoy. Would definitely recommend this place. We didn’t use the pool but walked to the beach or easy to drive to other beach spots too. Thank you so much for the house that gave us sooo many memories.

We had such a great time staying at this property! Catarino was very prompt with answering any questions and very helpful! The pool is perfect size to hang out in! Would totally stay here again.

Overall Great Stay

Overall we had a great girls getaway weekend - house was clean and very spacious. We loved the little pool in the back and it was great to be provided with chairs and cooler to take to the beach (which was a short walk away!) The only issue we ran into was that when we arrived the house had not been restocked after the previous guests, there was no toilet paper, dish soap or kitchen towels. The host was great about responding to concerns quickly though and overall it would not stop me from booking this place again!

Weekend Get-a-way a win!!!

We loved staying at this property! We had 4 adults and 6 children and had plenty of room! The house was clean, well stocked, very open and roomy, and we loved the pool area! The kids and adults loved playing in the water! Just a short walk to beach and businesses. We will definitely stay here again! Owner very kind and very responsive.

Short Walk To The Beach

This unit is a short stroll to the beach. We managed it easily with several kids in tow. The accommodation was clean and communication with the owner was very good. We did not realize that it was a duplex as this wasn’t clear in the listing. However, this didn’t cause us any problems. We enjoyed our time on SPI

Family get away!

This was our first time visiting the island and we can't wait to go back. The house was a perfect fit for our stay. Everything was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. The house had everything we needed and just a few minutes away from the beach. No need to worry about looking for public parking. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Cat for allowing us to stay. We are Part Time SPI residents and have built our dream home for when we retire. We love the beach, fishing and enjoy the Island's restaurants and bars.

Why they chose this property

Our home is centrally located making it easy to get to the North or South ends of the Island. Each bedroom has it own full bath so everybody is afforded their own privacy while the open living, kitchen and pool areas making it easy to enjoy time together as well. The kitchen has everything to make and serve a full meal and we are close to many great restaurants as well. We also provide an outdoor charcoal BBQ.

What makes this property unique

Pack Lite! We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, Ice Chest and boogie boards for our guests to use so there is no need to pack or buy any. The outdoor shower also allows everyone to freshen up and wash away the salt and sand after a long day on the beach.
