Located in a quiet and scenic residential area, this apartment offers a splendid view of the sea and Mount Conero, combining the charm of nature with the convenience of proximity to the beach, which can be reached in just 500 meters on foot or in 1 minute by car, with the possibility of easy parking in the village's maxi-equipped parking lots.
The entrance opens onto a private private garden, which leads to the living area, characterized by a large bright living room with sofa and TV, directly connected to a panoramic terrace perfect for outdoor dining, thanks to its strategic location in front of the equipped kitchen.
Going up to the second floor, we find the sleeping area, consisting of two air-conditioned attic rooms: a double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds, with the possibility of adding an additional single bed. The floor has a large modern and functional bathroom.
