Great family getaway at Sam and Kayla's modern home

My family enjoyed a great week at Sam and Kayla's beautiful home. The house is laid out perfectly and all seven of us had plenty of space. All of the beds are super comfy and the bedrooms are roomy with lots of closet space with extra towels in each closet and sheets. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and awesome spa all throughout the day. The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need. The living room is spacious and my kids could all sit comfortably on the leather sectional and enjoyed watching movies and playing monopoly and cards each night. We also grilled outside and all fit comfortably at the outside table. My teenage girls loved laying in the chairs by the pool when they weren't at the beach.There is a great laundry room and half bath right off of the back of the house which was convenient for drying off from the pool. The beach is a short drive and there are tons of restaurants nearby, and easy spots like chick- filet right down the street. There are also plenty of grocery stores, and amc movie theatre within a mile drive . The bathrooms are all modern and there is a beautiful jacuzzi tub along with a large shower in the master bath . Sam was very helpful and provided us with along list of things to do and where to go and all of the restaurants he recommended were awesome! We loved our stay at Sam and Kayla's house and definitely will be back!

Very nice home

I stayed at this home by myself while visiting family in the area. Very nice neighborhood and home was clean and comfortable. Pool area very soothing. Owners were attentive and good hosts overall. Would stay again.

Wonderful spot!

I came down here for work. My wife accompanied me this trip. I wantwd a place that was safe and the pool seculded, so when I was at work I had some piece of mind. This place was perfect! The location is amazing. Smack dab right around great food and a very short dive to the beach. The property was clean and exactly what it looked like online. The owner Sam and Kayla were great! Very helpful in every way. I juat can not say enough great things about this place. I will be stayin here on my next trip for sure. Plenty of room for a full family as well. You just cant go wrong staying with these amazing hosts!! Thank you very much Sam and Kayla! Cant wait for our next trip down!!

The house is in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The property is well maintained and owner was very responsive. I will definitely stay at the property again.
