This lovely modern ground floor apartment by the pool is in the popular Abril complex in Los Alcázares, There are two swimming pools in landscaped gardens. It's amazing location puts it central and less than 15 mins walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants making it perfect for couples, families and small groups alike.
The apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a main bathroom. There is a main living room with separate kitchen and a large terrace to the front. The apartment has full wifi, air conditioning in living room and master bedroom and ceiling fans making it perfect for your holidays.

Swimming pools are available 8am till 10pm with sunbathing areas, bench seating and lovely landscaped gardens. loungers are provided for terrace area, which is extremely close to the pool-

The apartment has a open plan living and dining area with a comfortable sofas, air conditioning and ceiling fans. English and Spanish TV and WiFi are also included.
There is a separate kitchen with tabletop cooker and separate hob, microwave and fridge freezer and washing machine.

There is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, main bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fans and twin bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is a main bathroom with walk in shower.
