Quad Corner with beautiful views
Relax in this calm and stylish architecturally designed space. Set on a beautiful expansive farm near stunning beaches at East Portlemouth, Small's Cove, Mill Bay, Sunny Cove and Gara Rock and across the estuary from Salcombe. Whether you take a drive along the nearby Slapton Line where the Ley meets the sea or the passenger ferry from East Portlemouth across to Salcombe, this is a fantastic location to relax and explore the beautiful South Hams, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Walk through the front door into a spacious hallway with washer/drying machine under the stairs on your left, the double dunk room on your right and the double room next to it. Straight ahead is the shower room then up the stairs to the light spacious, open plan living dining kitchen area with access to the decked garden area with fantastic countryside views and the sounds of the birds and the sea.
All of the property is for guests use.
We may not be around ourselves but we have Ali, who lives locally on hand to help if you have any questions or queries.
This property is owned by a group of residence who mostly live onsite. They are busy people so you may bump into them but otherwise they will leave you to enjoy your holiday.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, this is a quiet residential area, not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- We do not allow the use of candles, ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down after 9pm especially on the back terrace as there are young children sleeping next door.
