Delmonte Lodge consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and breakfast bar for two people, along with a living/diner with TV, woodburning stove, and dining seating for eight people. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room and three doubles, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a rear garden with terrace, lawn space, patio, furniture, hot tub, swimming pool, plus off-road parking for one car and additional parking in nearby car park (weekly tickets available). Travel cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, pub in 0.1 miles, and beach in 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. Delmonte Lodge is a lovely base for a seaside getaway in Devon. Note: The outdoor swimming pool is available from 1st April to the end of September. Note: Starter pack for woodburning stove not provided.
