Overall very good an enjoyable experience would recommend
Overall a comfortable and successful trip. House has everything needed.
Only downside…very noisy neighbours… shouting until the early hours so couldn’t have the windows open. Realise that is something out of one’s control. Also there is a spindle missing on the top stairs… dangerous for small children… should be mended!

Beautiful Home
We loved being so close it was perfect location for us, comfortable beds, beautiful home, stunning features, will absolutely use stay york again. There is negatives though, chairs in living-room no longer comfortable cushions needing replaced and unfortunately the garden is so overgrown this photo of dining room doesn’t replicate real life it’s so dark and dreary we didn’t want to use it, and lighting didn’t brighten it at all. Also the weather was fantastic and we did want to use the garden more in evenings but hardly any space due to being so overgrown which was shame at such a beautiful house and location. Just a wee bit work needed.

Great House shame about the car parking
I can't complain about the house, which is why I choose StaysYork when I'm staying in York. The only point I would make is that the car parking was not outside the house, but it was where I felt secure, if a bit odd, as you are parking effectively on a pedestrian access route to a property. It was about a 5-7 min walk away, I guess.
