The apartment was very clean and well equipped for a few days or more in the city. The location couldn't have been better. We were within walking distance of all the sites and got to be closer to home for the best evening meals in Travestere. In another review someone said the shower flooded, which never happened to us in the few days we were there. The water pressure in the shower was low, but manageable. The wifi was fast and check in process was easy as can be. I hope to be able to stay here again one day.

Pictures online were very nice but in reality, this should not be rated a "10 exceptional". Bathroom was not pleasant. Shower floods the floor. Rating was very misleading.

Dear Roy, again I am sorry that the shower flooded, unfortunately it’s been an unlucky case (2 days of heavy rain, ground floor in the most ancient neighborhood of Rome should be comprehensible…). Certainly it doesn’t deserve this kind of feedback especially when you didn’t tell me when it occurred and gave me no chance to do anything for you. Also, it is hard to lie in pictures when the apartment is a single room… and again, ratings are given so eventually someone who booked for longer than your 24h liked the apartment more. But I perfectly understand the frustration when someone that is used to go to the Hyatt and to complain last minute to get discounts doesn’t get any cash and leaves a negative/vendicative feedback.

Hemos estado 6 noches y Todo de 10, no podemos decir nada malo del lugar, ni del trato ni de la ubicación. Una maravilla, Fausto es un anfitrión maravilloso, atento y siempre responde con rapidez. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, en pleno trastevere pero una calle tranquila, fabuloso. Y el nidito una pasada, dispone de todo lo necesario y más, muy acogedor. Volveremos!
