This delightful villa is in Pedreguer with a breathtaking beach view. It has 3 charming bedrooms for 6 people. The seaside villa with forest by the side and a cozy in-house pool is a great option for a family stay with kids. While the fun nightlife and sandy beach area are just 8 km away from the villa, the lush green forest with its several hiking trails and soothing atmosphere awaits you in just 2 km. All the local delicacies can be savoured right in the distance of 2 km. The routes along the Móntgo and Bernia Ridges are highly recommended. The dreamy architecture of the modern villa is an absolute delight to both watch and stay in. It has a lovely living room with a warm fireplace. The private terrace and the garden are equally appealing and relaxing at the same time. The private pool and hot barbecue are added advantages. 2 bicycles, parking, children's bed and high chair are available as well. The public transport is in 2 km.

Just read my experience and judge yourself if it fits for you. I write here my experience to help out others better find what suits them. - I won't recommend this house IF you would like to use intensively the kitchen or the washing machine. The kitchen has lowest quality appliances (in part. the refrigerator works very loudly and unusually long; the dishwasher is simply BAD and cannot rely on it for clean dishes...; the clothes washing combo (machine and hanging are extremely old and partly rotten); the cooking cells are BAD and old, no precise control of heat, some levels don't even work...). Need real knives for cooking, clean surfaces,... To cook pasta once in a while and heat a prepared tomato sauce it's just fine. Not more. - The mattresses are below low level (in one of the rooms with 2xsingle beds the mattresses bend in after 30min!, next morning not very happy...). - The rooms are poorly ventilated and don't feel fresh -- and my previous guests may have smoked (what is btw forbidden!). The rooms can be made completely dark. Bathroom is good. The very friendly service of the man-on-the-site made things easier (thanks a lot Thomas!). The swimming pool looks gorgeous indeed, it's big (long). Since we relied strongly on kitchen, washing machine and good (better high!) quality of sleep (fresh rooms and at least good/excellent mattresses) we were disappointed. If we can get next time these three, we may revisit.

Wir waren im zeitigen Frühjahr dort; dann gibt es kaum Sonne im und um das Haus. Wir waren enttäuscht. Scham. Allerdings war die Gegend ruhig und Denia und seine Umgebung sind einen Besuch wert. Haushälter Thomas war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Eine schöne Villa mit mehreren Etagen und eigenem privatem Pool, ideal für kleine Familien, bestehend aus 2 Schlafzimmern, guten Betten und die Küche ist mit verschiedenen Arten von Kaffeemaschinen und einem Backofen und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer hat nur 1 Klimaanlage, also ist es sehr heiß in den schlafzimmern, jetzt sagst du ich öffne die fenster aber dann kommen mücken oder anderes ungeziefer rein und das macht keinen spaß. Also vorzugsweise Moskitonetze und/oder Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Außerdem ist es ein Top-Haus in toller Lage in der Nähe der großen Mall und wenn Sie an die Küste fahren, empfehlen wir Javea / Xabia weniger als eine halbe Autostunde entfernt und Sie haben eine Auswahl an Restaurants, unser Favorit ist Lungo Mare am Strand Kurz gesagt, wir hatten einen idealen Urlaub, vor genau 10 Jahren kamen wir zum ersten Mal dorthin, dieselbe Villa und dieselben Restaurants.

Das Haus selbst ist gut, es ist alles da was man braucht. Außer dass wir das Pech hatten, dass die Spülmaschine kaputt war (schon am 3. Tag nach Ankunft) und nicht mehr repariert wurde. Dies wurde ersetzt, aber erst nachdem wir gegangen sind. Also 2 Wochen Geschirrspülen, das empfanden wir als gravierenden Nachteil. Außerdem gab es keine zentrale Stelle für Ihren Abfall in der Nähe. Dadurch waren wir immer mit unserem Abfall zu Hause. Unser Ansprechpartner hat es zwar einmal abgeholt, aber das sind Unannehmlichkeiten, mit denen Sie in Ihrem Urlaub nicht konfrontiert werden möchten.

Kaufen Sie das Anti-Mücken-Spray auf Anraten von Thomas und der Urlaub kann unbeschwert genossen werden. (Unsere Mückenschutzmittel haben nicht funktioniert) Wir waren zwei Personen dafür, das Haus war äußerst geeignet. Kleine Familie scheint uns auch gut zu sein. Andere Zusammensetzungen wie zwei Paare erscheinen uns weniger geeignet, da nur 1 Badezimmer mit Toilette vorhanden ist.

Nachdem ich mich mit dem Manager in Verbindung gesetzt hatte, wurde vereinbart, dass ich anrufen würde, wenn ich gelandet bin, und zwar auf diese Weise. Bei Bedarf würde ich nochmal anrufen, wenn ich die Villa nicht finden könnte. Bei der Ankunft wartete er bereits und wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. "Am Morgen stellte sich heraus, wie schön die Aussicht war und wie herrlich ruhig es um die Villa war. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge war, denn man konnte hinein Minuten in alle Richtungen.

Vor der Ankunft hatten wir super gut Kontakt mit Thomas und mit einem guten Nachricht, die wir in früheren überprüfen könnten, was für uns perfekt ausgearbeitet sicherlich einen Spaß liebenden Hausbesitzers. Nachdem Berichte über den Ort gelesen hatten, waren wir gut vorbereitet und es war einfach, dank der Blick auf die Straße von Google zu finden! Die Lage der Villa war perfekt für uns! Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und die Lage war sehr schön! Wir würden auf jeden Fall kommen hier im nächsten Jahr wieder!

Schönes Haus. Pool ist schön und tief. Die Hütte vier Betten (ein Zimmer im ersten Stock und im Keller), sind diese für schwerere Menschen nicht geeignet i.v.m. zurück. Allerdings, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem guten Doppelbett, das für jedermann geeignet ist. Eine Klimaanlage ist ein großer Vorteil. Verarbeitungsort von Thomas ist gut. eine gute Zeit hatte. Nur (klein) minus waren macht einige Geräusche Kühlschrank viel Leben, den Hahn der Dusche im Freien tropft kontinuierlich, und manchmal, wenn Sie sind, scheint die Klimaanlage nur auf der Terrasse ausziehen, und ich würde danach an Thomas gefallen geben. Aber das konnte den Spaß nicht verderben. Fahr Mall 5 Minuten bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, wenn Sie zu Hause essen wollen. Denia Xabia bieten eine schöne Umgebung und hervorragende Restaurants. Valencia und Alicante sind innerhalb einer Autostunde zu erreichen. Top so.
