A studio apartment part of historic Dillinger house built in 1920. Sleeps 2. Has bathtub and shower. Small kitchen, unit with toaster, air fryer and microwave, fridge and stovetop. Walking distance to university, downtown, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. 2 bicycles provided, that I shared with a second unit. An outdoor patio and yard with table and chairs. Washer and dryer on the premises. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
