The villa is located near the town of Chia and a few minutes drive 3 minutes to be precise from the beautiful beaches of Chia . In the area there are markets, newsagents and restaurants and pizzerias, within walking distance. The nearest beaches are Monte Cogoni ,The dunes of Campana and Su Giudeu and are about 1. 5 km away. A little further there are the beaches of Chia Sa Colonia tower, Capo Spartivento and Cala Cipolla. Moving further you can reach Tuerredda. All beaches have a portion reserved for bathing establishments and the remaining is public beach. At about 15 km you can reach the village of Pula, half tourist and archaeological, in fact it presents Nora, ancient Punic-Roman city of which you can visit the ruins.
