Hidden gem in Chia, home of the best beaches from Sardinia

Great place to stay. Beautiful balcony with spectacular view of the Chia Bay Area. Spacious garden downstairs, with built BBQ is also part of the property as well as the outdoor shower, a must have. Indoor are clean and spacious bedrooms (both A/C) as well as a living room and kitchen (also A/C). Well equipped kitchen and basically all you could need is catered for. Including an umbrella and two chairs for the beach. Your host Luciana welcomes you and ensures you have a great stay. Recommended wholeheartedly.

Beautiful view, clean and comfortable home

The spacious and clean property was the perfect size for us and our 4 year old. There is a good amount of outdoor space and the terrace has a lovely view of the sea and the chia watchtower. The kitchen is well equipped and modern, we had everything we needed. Luciana and her brother were really friendly and welcoming too. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t available during our stay as expected, but a bonus is we were within 10mins drive to a number of beautiful beaches.

Just as all the other reviews stated

Property was as advertised. Luciana communicated plenty early enough for both parties to who what time we would arrive and Luciana would meet us with her brother who spoke very good English.We stayed for 16 nights and had a few minor issues whilst there. Luciana had told us should anything fail to contact her and she would sort it immediately. To give an example the dishwasher failed, we notified Luciana in the evening about 7pm. By 11 am the next day someone had been to the property identified what the problem was and later that afternoon a new dishwasher was installed.Unfortunately we had a few other minor issues which were all dealt with in exactly the same way. Luciana commitment to ensure her guests we well looked was exemplary. Her communication skills were exceptional. Given we couldn’t speak Italian she couldn’t speak English the translator app was well used. The property itself is a decent size 2 good bedrooms both with aircon and a large lounge dining area also with aircon. There is a nice garden and parking for at least 2 vehicles. Within a 10 minute walk there are 3 good restaurants and a supermarket.You could manage without a car but I would recommend one.

Great house/appartment in Chia

We had a great week at this house in the first half of October with our two children; Luciana provided a great reception upon our arrival with some delicious homemade focaccia and some typical deserts. The swimming pool that belongs to the house was already closed (a pity since it was still every day above 30 degrees) but we had been informed before by the owner and it was not a problem at all (beaches were still great at this period!). The description matches the property exactly. We even got some internet connection provided by the owner even if it was not part of the standard package. From the house there is a nice view over green fields and trees down to the beach which is in about 1km distance. Nice for swimming, may even have some waves and there were some surfers riding them. A little board rental and beach bar is also available. But beware of the wasps on the beach! they will not let you eat in peace. Better place is in the water... Shopping is available in a little supermarket open all year, a restaurant is next to the house and another one "around the corner" also in walking distance. For going to the beaches you'll need a car. I can certainly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und mehrere gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ist ein Auto empfehlenswert um die traumhaften Strände zu erreichen (10 Autominuten von der Wohnung entfernt) und auch die Umgebung zu erkunden. Luciana, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und immer ansprechbar.

Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della Si ra Luciana, la casa è in una bella posizione con una bella terrazza coperta. Si arriva alla spiaggia più vicina, a piedi, in 25 Min circa.

Schönes Ferienhaus und Umgebung

Das Ferienhais war sehr sauber und entsprach der Anzeige bei FeWo. Bereits der Kontakt im Vorfeld der Reise über WhatsApp war sehr nett und Luciana hat immer sehr schnell und kompetent auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Der Pool, welcher von mehreren Ferienhäusern genutzt werden kann war ebenfalls sehr schön und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Sardinien, die Umgebung sowie die Strände genossen und konnten uns in der einen Wochen entspannen.

Magnifique séjour !

Superbe villa, très bien aménagée et bénéficiant de tous le confort (jardin, terrasse, clim, parking privé, internet, barcecue, piscine à 2 pas). Parfait pour une famille, les plages aux alentours sont magnifiques, et la gérante Luciana est adorable, serviable et très compétente.

Splendido soggiorno a Chia

Come descrivere brevemente perché tornerei subito in questo appartamento? La posizione è incantevole, con una terrazza in cui abbiamo amato passare tanti momenti di relax ed un giardino ricco di fiori, bello da vedere ma anche dotato di barbecue. L'appartamento è comodo, ben organizzato, curato, pulito e profumato. La cucina dotata di tutto ciò che occorre e anche di più, ad esempio una borsa frigo con ghiaccio sintetico da portare in spiaggia per tenere in fresco cibo e bevande. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla splendida signora Luciana che ci ha messo a nostro agio e coccolati con il suo dolce benvenuto. Grazie di tutto e arrivederci!

Casa stupenda

Ho soggiornato in questa casa io e la mia famiglia(5 persone) dal 16 al 26 giugno u.s. e mi sono trovata molto bene. Che dire posso fare un elenco delle cose positive ma in pratica non manca nulla, stanze grandi, bagni e docce ottimi, terrazza con bel panorama dove si può pranzare comodamente, climatizzatore, cortile privato e piscina. una casa dove si potrebbe vivere tutto l'anno. Market a pochi passi e le tre spiagge più belle raggiungibili in pochi minuti. E per ultimo da non sottovalutare la gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Luciana. Vacanza da rifare !!!
