🏡 The space

The villa is spacious, practical and well suited for larger groups who want to stay together without feeling crowded.

On the main floor, there is one double bedroom with en-suite, one twin bedroom, and an additional bathroom.

On the lower-level annex, there are two further bedrooms (one double and one twin), sharing a bathroom and opening onto separate terraces — ideal for added privacy within the group.

The house includes six main beds (two doubles and four singles), with two additional foldable single beds available on request, allowing accommodation for up to 10 guests.

The open-plan living and dining area is comfortable and welcoming, with a fireplace and TV — an easy space to unwind after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for simple meals at home.

🌿 Outdoor living

Outside, the villa offers several areas to enjoy throughout the day.

Spend time by the private pool, relax on the sun loungers, or gather on the terrace for meals with the BBQ and outdoor dining area. The different terraces also allow for quieter moments when needed.

Villa Namibe is located in Quinta da Balaia, a well-established residential area in Albufeira, known for its open space and relaxed setting.

Praia de Santa Eulália: 5 min drive / 20 min walk

A great base to explore the Algarve while staying close to everything.

It is not suitable for parties or high-noise groups.

🔒 Security deposit

A refundable €1000 security deposit is required prior to arrival.

This is standard for private villas and helps us maintain the house to a high standard for all guests. It is fully returned after check-out, following a routine inspection.

Deductions may apply in case of damage, excessive cleaning or house rule breaches, and will always be clearly communicated.
