Modern and well functioning kitchen and toilets.
The house was badly cleaned with spider webs under the furniture and living ant paths in the kitchen. Poor means for heating in chilly November. Obviously the house had not been warmed up and used for some time. Poorly equipped with kitchen utensils, e.g. no coffee brewer
