The Barn at Daubeneys is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with a kitchen including an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box), washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Gas underfloor heating. Fuel, power, and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and a non-enclosed front garden with decking and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
