Relax in a newly remodeled luxury penthouse studio with breathtaking ocean, city, and mountain views on the 44th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Waikīkī. This modern studio with A/C and Wifi is perfect for the savvy, discerning traveler who prefers comfort, cleanliness, convenience and magnificent ocean views.

This thoughtfully designed 415 sq ft studio is located inside the Skyline Island Colony Hotel and features a large pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room, breakfast and lunch cafe, ATM cash machine, convenience store, activities desk, laundry room, car rental service and more. Bike rental stalls are available on the streets downstairs as well as an attached paid parking structure below. The building is well secured with on premise security 24 hours.

The studio offers a well equipped kitchenette with full size refrigerator, 2 stove top burners, microwave, coffee maker, rice maker, and toaster oven.

You will be in the heart of Waikīkī and a short walk to Waikīkī Beach, zoo, aquarium, canal, and tons of great shopping, dining and entertainment. Penthouse Perfection

This was our second stay in this penthouse and have already booked for a third! The view is fantastic and the Condo is well maintained with everything needed for a great home away from home - not that much time is spent indoors in Waikiki! Great guest facilities and the location is very central to everything. Scott is a great host and very accommodating. Slight issue with the internet which was promptly attended to same day by the great property manager so couldn’t ask for more. All in all a fantastic place to stay and look forward to returning again soon.

Wanted to say that Sharon and I loved our stay in Honolulu. We came over for our 40th anniversary and had a fantastic time. Scott more than went out if his way to be sure we were comfortable. The condo was very much to our liking with an extremely comfortable bed.....and the view from the balcony was breathtaking....especially at night. The city lights were like Christmas X 1000. Felt like you could touch them....almost surreal. Shopping and the beach was only a short walk and very convenient. I would happily recommend this accommodation. And so I say..... Great location and great view for a stay in Waikiki

Pros and cons . Pros,The apartment was nice with newer furnishings. The view spectacular. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful with information. The location was good, easy 15 minute walk to the beach. Cons. Very noisy location. Even though the room is located on the Penthouse level 44 floors up, the road noise and roof noise were loud. It made it hard to sleep. There were two of us staying for a week, and we were only given 1 beach towel 1 bath towel a hand towel and wash cloth. No kitchen towels were provided so drying dishes had to be done with paper towels. I was told parking onsite was 23 per day but it is actually 35. All in all it was an ok place.

Polly, I am so sorry about the towel situation. There are additional towels in the closet for a party of four for everything, beach, hand, kitchen and bath towels. I only wish you had called so that I could have corrected the situation. Waikiki city noise can be never ending. The place never sleeps. Sorry. As for the parking fees, Ouch! you are right. They did go up a big jump. Sorry about that, I wish I had known in advance. In the future, please give us a chance to correct any problems that you may experience. Its is our goal to make everything as best possible for your stay in Hawaii. Scott

Fabulous Location - Great Condo

The Penthouse was exactly as stated in the pictures, we found it to be in great condition, very clean and very comfortable. The balcony, with its beautiful view of the Ala Wai Canal, Mountains and Ocean, quickly became favorite spot for our morning coffee. We had some long days of site seeing so some nights the balcony table even became our spot for dinner as the kitchen was fully supplied with all the tools necessary to cook a quick dinner. One night we used the grills available on the 6th floor which was fun and turned out to be a nice gathering spot for mingling and chatting with some of the other vacationers. My husband and I have traveled extensively and some places we've stayed at its been hard to get a chair at the pool because there are not enough. This was not the case. The pool and the hot tub was always clean, warm and provided plenty of room for everyone who wanted. The Condo is definitely a five star stay, it had everything we needed. Scott even provided chairs, beach towels and beach mats. The location within the city was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in downtown Waikiki. (beach, shops, grocery store restaurants, trolley, tours...) Yet it was slightly off the beaten path which is nice when your staying in a big city with all its noise. The owner suggested taking the Shaka Oahu tours and he was right on the money. We took two tours and they were absolutely the highlight of our trip! Thanks Scott for the wonderful stay! If we ever make it back to Oahu we will definitely without hesitation stay again!

Spectacular location and experience!

It was such a joy to arrive in Hawaii, get dropped off in the middle of a lively area (even at midnight on Christmas eve), and then take the elevator to the Penthouse (PH) level. The view from the room is magical, and what a delightful way to experience the city, the mountains and the ocean --- whether it's watching the sun rise or seeing the city lights (and a view to Friday Fireworks at Hilton). An easy walk to the beach, Scott also made sure that we had beach chairs, snorkel gear, and beach mats. We felt blessed and cannot wait until our next visit to Hawaii and this Studio. And we are truly in love with the restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops within two blocks. Thank you for an incredible legendary experience!!! And for being such a thoughful and responsive host.

It's been a dream to own a vacation property in Waikīkī. The name Waikīkī means spouting fresh water in the Hawaiian language for the springs and streams that fed the wetlands of Waikīkī. Ancient Hawaiian royalty frequently visited Waikīkī to heal and rejuvenate because of the flowing abundance of mana and spiritual energy.
