About this property
Spacious house, high in the hills, stunning views, on-site indoor pool, bar, gym
One of a unique group of houses in Italian style, set high above Keswick in the foothills of Skiddaw mountain. The views from the lounge, kitchen and patio over Keswick and Lake Derwent towards the mountains beyond are stunning. On site, you will have shared access to an indoor pool, gym, spar and bar/restaurant. Reception staff are on site during daytime to give any help or advice.
The house is extremely spacious and well fitted out. The main bedroom is en-suite. There are two further bedrooms, both twin, and a family bathroom with a shower/steam room. There is a sofa bed in an alcove off the main area and comfortable seating for 6 in the lounge without the using it. The lounge is on the first floor so as to make best use of the views. There is a washer/drier and a separate drying cupboard should you get caught in a cloud on the mountains! One free allocated parking space is included and a second space is available at £3 per night if required. EV charging points available. Relax on your patio and enjoy the view or book a session in the spar. Well situated for the Northern Lakes. We have enjoyed this house ourselves for very many years but the stunning views and location come with the price that there are a number of stairs between parts of the resort which we find hard in our old age.
The house is only available for the 7 days, Saturday 21st - 28th August 2025. Please do not book outside these dates.
