Cosy apartment located on the first floor, overlooking the picturesque "Campo San Basilio". From the house, one enjoys a fascinating view of the canal, which also allows a glimpse of the famous "Stucky Mill" in the distance. The property has been completely renovated with Venetian-style finishes and consists of an elegant living room with dining area, equipped kitchen, spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with window and shower. A perfect solution for those who want to stay in a quiet and authentic area, but just a few steps from the main attractions of Venice. Maximum capacity 3 people. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
