Nice enough, but needs updating

This is a fairly nice house, but it definitely needs some work. You can’t park without the trees/bushes scratching your car. The plumbing definitely needs attention as you can’t get a shower without getting scalded. The old plumbing fixtures leaked in the shower and the toilet rocked around on the base. Most everything else was okay, a Keurig in the kitchen would be a nice touch. But please trim the dang bushes. Overall, we had a good time, but for more than 3k a week things should be looked after better.
