Villa Cometa is an exclusive vacation home, wrapped in the green of Puglia`s most authentic nature, with the blue of the sky reflecting on that of the pool and the unique light of this land enhancing the white of the stone.
All the most modern accessories are present: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hairdryer, no.3 smart TVs, ironing board, mosquito nets, camping crib, kitchen with stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, electric blender, no. 2 coffee machines etc.
The garden is a real wellness oasis: the pool is equipped with new counter current and water blade, around it there are sunbeds for solarium, outdoor shower, barbecue for grilling, equipped space for outdoor dining.

The beautiful mansion with pool named Villa Cometa welcomes guests with lots of greenery, manicured lawn, trees and olive trees, hedges and several relaxing nooks and crannies that soothe the senses and recharge energy.
The salt swimming pool with all the options (swimming against the current, whirlpool and water blade), with its stone frame, the sunbeds for the solarium, the lawn with chianche paths, the view of the olive grove, the wooden house in the trees for the delight of the little ones: everything is designed to fully enjoy a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
The entrance to the house is into a large living room with 1 double sofa bed, fireplace and TV, dining room and stove. Next to it are the well-equipped kitchen and a shower room.
The sleeping area consists of 1 quadruple bedroom with double bed + 2 single sofa beds, with en suite bathroom, and 1 double bedroom located on the second floor, also with en suite bathroom and large terrace with panoramic views.

Villa Cometa stands in the province of Brindisi just 1.5 km from the ancient medieval town of Oria and 2.5 km from the town of Francavilla Fontana, in the Casalino district.
The location is strategic to reach at about 25 km the beautiful beaches of the Ionian Sea such as Campomarino di Maruggio, San Pietro in Bevagna, the nature reserve of the mouth of the river Chidro, the beach of Borraco and the beach of the reserve Salina dei Monaci.
The location allows you to reach in a few minutes by car other beautiful towns such as Grottaglie, famous for its ceramics, Ceglie Messapica, gastronomic capital of Upper Salento, Ostuni called "the white city," Carovigno center of wine and food tourism, Oria ancient medieval city of Frederick II of Swabia and many other small and precious historic centers worth visiting.
Francavilla Fontana, known as "the city of the Imperials," has a remarkable historic center,a blend of culture, style, antiquity and scents that was awarded the title of città darte by theRegione Puglia in 2009.
The town of Francavilla Fontana is well known for the traditional procession of the mysteries during Holy Week and for the Pappamusci, penitents who from sundown on Holy Thursday walk the streets heading with slow steps to all the churches where the Holy Sepulchre is set up.
The town is also known for two typical local sweets: the confetto riccio, whose origin dates back to the last century, and the "copeta," a sweet made with almonds.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
