Cae’n Y Coed Barn consists of an open-plan living area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and a sitting area with a TV, Freeview, DVD player, and a woodburning stove. The bedroom offers a king-size bed, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front garden with a lawned area and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car and EV charging available at an extra cost. Within 2.9 miles, you will find a shop, 2.3 miles a pub, and 0.7 miles a lake. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome but this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove, as well as bed linen, are all included in the price. Enjoy the countryside at Cae'n Y Coed Barn. Note: There are unfenced ponds near the barn, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Logs are available at £25 per week if required. A good house keeping bond is in place of £150.
