Classy Condo, well equipped for an exceptional stay! This renovated condo with a bedroom and Murphy Bed allows for accommodations for up to three adults. The unit offers, custom walk-in shower with dual shower heads, new AC, new 50" HDTV, gleaming tile floors throughout, a second flat-screen TV in the bedroom, new Xfinity fiber optic wifi, and a full kitchen with dishwasher. New windows, front door, attic insulation and sound proofing for a quiet comfortable nights sleep. One block from Joeys Pizza and Doreen's Cup a Joe
Centrally located with free onsite parking. Walk to the beach, stores, restaurants, hotels, and a movie theater. A beautiful well maintained property with a pool, heated to 83 degrees, and barbecue area for grilling.

Nice Cozy Place

Super Marco Getaway!

Super comfy, nicely maintained, well-appointed space. Clean and convenient--compete with pool, laundry, wifi and plenty of parking. Centrally located, minutes to everything. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely return. Best value on the island!

The condo is as pictured. Tiny, but efficient. For once, a decently equipped kitchen! I actually cook on vacation and this is a biggie for me. John is very friendly and helpful. We had to leave early because of the corona virus epidemic and John was very accommodating and thoughtful. We’re looking forward to next year’s stay.

From start to finish we enjoyed our stay. John responded to all our questions and made the check in process smooth by showing us around the building and explaining where things were and how they worked. He followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend him and his property. The owners of the other properties made us feel welcome as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Good price point for in season. A small but comfortable 2nd floor unit in desirable area of Marco. Owner John very nice. I had no issues during my month long stay. Pool area is a plus. Note there is no in-unit laundry or central air. Cooling unit is in BR. Would recommend!

Nice for a short visit for one or two people. We knew it was small, so we accepted that fact. We thought it was a little dark inside and the windows did not allow enough light in. John is a very nice owner and helpful but he should consider having a professional cleaning crew come in to help. Judy & Ted Maher.

Cozy appointment at very beautiful area in MI

John is very nice Man. He greeted us at the arrival with big smile and then showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the whole complex as well as Marco Island topography and best ways to get to the beach. The apartment is small but very clean and has everything probably You will need during your stay. The shower has very good water pressure / temperature and is big enough 2ppl can shower together. The pull out bed has very comfy mattress. We also really liked the location. Apartment is located in very quiet area, close to the beach with lovely pool we enjoyed a lot. We saw and owl and some other funny birds literally walking outside the building. If I plan again visit Marco Island I will be happy to stay at John condo. Thank You so much.

What a Gem!

Not only was the location convenient to local restaurants, the Winn Dixie and the JW Marriott for my conference , but the condo itself was fantastic! Just the right size for one or two people. AC in the unit is fantastic and water pressure in the shower was great after a long day. John is beyond a fantastic owner. He met me at the condo to make sure I had everything I needed and was very easy to communicate with every step of the way. He is a really great human. He even let me use his bike to get around and explore! THANK YOU JOHN!!! if ever in Marco Island again, I know I’d love to stay here. 👍😁

Perfect for 1 or 2 people!

John is a super nice guy and easy to work with. His condo is quaint and cozy. Parking was safe, beautiful pool area and friendly neighbors. Centrally located to eating spots. You could walk to the beach if you didn't have much to carry, but driving is fine, too with lots of parking and comfort facilities. The price was excellent for the accommodations!
